Meditation
Clients have been inquiring as to how they can maintain their energy balance after
sessions. I teach clients how to tap into the session again through your breath or
meditation.
Meditation is a state of being connected to your inner being, which brings you into
the present moment. You can do this anytime and place in your day. I suggest bringing
your awareness to your breath during the day, this allows you to focus on the present
moment.
There are many schools of thought about meditation, I guide clients into balancing
their mind body and soul through breath, allowing you to be present in the now.
Practicing the presence can be done while you take a walk, sitting comfortably or lying
down to relax. The key is to focus on the inside of you, bringing your focus to your
breath quiets outside influences.
The Meditations are created for you to use as a tool to practice living in the
present moment.
